Haven Connects with Project Homeless Connect

Each year, Haven Humane Society attends Project Homeless Connect at the Civic Center.  In 2013, veterinarians performed 180 pet exams, and performed 55 free spay/neuter surgeries.  We gave away 220 bags of pet food and held 156 dogs and 9 cats in our mobile adoption unit while their owners sought services inside the building.  Haven Humane Society has taken part in this event for the past 4 years and is pleased to offer these services to pet owners who would not otherwise seek them.
